Holiday Flats, (50 sqm) for 4 to 5 persons in a small residence, with a large swimming pool (23 x 12 mt.), near Bardolino. The Residence is composed of 8 units, 4 on the ground floor, and 4 at the top floor with a view of the lake. We are about 1200 meters (15 minute walk) from the town centre, and 300 meters from the lake in a quiet and green area. Each flat consists of a living room with kitchenette and a couch bed; a master bedroom, bathroom with shower and a spacious terrace (7 sqm) facing south. All flats are nicely furnished and well equipped. They have satellite TV and a safe. In the underground floor there are enclosed parking spaces. Animals unfortunately are not allowed.

THE RATES ARE PER WEEK / APARTMENT all included (i.e. additional costs, linens, towels as well as the final cleaning). Shorter stay may be possible on request.

SPECIAL REDUCTION: for booking confirmation of a minimun of 1 week (period A+B+C+D) within the 31st of March 2009 you will have a 10% discount.

PAYMENT TERMS:
An account of 30 % is due with the confirmation, the rest amount is due 4 weeks before arrival. Short term reservation must be paid before arrival.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
€ 100,00 with credit card or in cash at arrival

CHECK IN:
Period A - C: any day is possible. In the periods B + D + E:the stay is possible only from Saturday to Saturday.
The keys will be handed over from 3 pm to 6 pm

CHECK OUT:
On Saturday from 8.30 am to 9.30 am - during the week from 9.00 to 11.00 am

CANCELLATION FEES:
By not arriving: 100%

- 14 - 7 Days before arrival: 80%
- 29 - 14 Days before arrival: 50 %
- up to 29 Days before arrival: 30 %
